Things get complicated fast. Fence styles have many different options, and both their prices and availabilities vary depending on the materials used. The original quotes have a tendency to branch out into more and more as different variations are encountered. It’s a recipe for confusion: for your sales rep, for our office, and most importantly, for you. Years of experience have taught us that the best way to avoid misunderstandings is to keep our quoting process crisp and clear.

The solution:

Think of a funnel. Your rep will give you a general idea of the costs of each material and the features and benefits of various models. You’ll know quite quickly what matches up with your budget and expectations. From there you can pick a model and drill down on the specifics. When you’ve got a detailed quote and you’re still not sure it’s right for you your rep can always give you a ballpark estimate in another material. If that looks promising you can follow the process down again to get another detailed quotation.

It’s a more orderly way of getting you the numbers you need. It works.
